At City Chain Singapore, we strive to ensure your timepiece meets your expectations; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy for items in original, unworn condition. Please ensure all original packaging, warranty cards, and tags are intact to qualify for a processing request.

Return Process

  Submit a Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate your return or exchange request.

  Verification & Approval

  Wait for our team to review your request and provide a Return Authorization number along with instructions for the next steps.

• 3.
  Pack and Secure

  Carefully pack the watch in its original box with all protective films and documentation, ensuring it is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Return or Drop-off

  Ship the item back to our central warehouse or visit a designated City Chain boutique in Singapore for an on-site inspection and exchange.
